I walk past this sign most days on the way to work. There is something about this weird little street that feels so run down. There are constantly cars there on one side of the road with smashed windscreens, and parking tickets sprout from the wipers. But on the other side is a renovated apartment complex, one with a glowing keypad to get into the elevator, and a trendy little cafe where a friend once said she saw Hugo Weaving.
Still, I can't help feeling like I'll be car bombed every time I walk through there.
